Curb Appeal
As soon as you approach the house from the exterior, you'll fall in love with the curb appeal, which is a tasteful blend of cottage and craftsman architecture. An inviting walkway leads to a front porch, which is something that our custom home contractor clients in Central Florida are wanting more and more of.
When you walk through the front door, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open foyer with a mudroom tucked off to the side for storing shoes, jackets, and other accessories in an orderly fashion.
Living Room
The foyer opens up into the home's living room, kitchen, and dining space, giving today's homeowners the open floor plan that they crave. A wall of energy-efficient glass doors in the living room help to smoothly transition the indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Custom built-ins such as the bookcases in the living room help to give everything in the home a space of its own.
Kitchen/Dining
The family-friendly kitchen was designed with function in mind and serves as the true hub of the home. The decadent white glass orb light pendants offer a stylish touch to the kitchen and can be adjusted using a smartphone or wall switch (as can all of the lights throughout the home with the smart light system). Appliances in the kitchen include a 36 inch glass cooktop with a Bluetooth enabled cooking thermometer that can be monitored from a smartphone. The drawers in the kitchen feature bronze hardware, and there's even a drawer dedicated to charging electronic devices to keep the countertops clear of clutter.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom includes a sitting area with an abundance of natural light. And thanks to smart technology, there's little need to even leave this oasis of a space as just about all of the home's controls (including the garage door) can be controlled using a smartphone or tablet from the comfort of the master bedroom.
Master Bathroom
If you're currently working with your custom home contractor to design your ideal master bathroom, you'll want to check out some of the features in this HGTV smart home first. The elegant vanities in the bathroom were designed to have the appearance of a piece of furniture, helping to blend the space with the rest of the home's interior design. Brass, again, is the choice of most of the finishes in this bathroom. The electric mirror in the bathroom even includes a hidden 15.6" LED screen TV that disappears when not in use.
